TannerEx 12-Month Warranty
At TannerEx, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. That’s why we offer a 12-month warranty on all our bags and accessories. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer support team at support@tannerex.com. We’re happy to assist you and understand your situation.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our 12-month warranty (the "Warranty") applies to all bags and accessories purchased directly from our official website, TannerEx.com. Please note that this excludes clearance sale items at the time of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not apply to damage resulting from improper use or wear and tear over time. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
Warranty Period & Transferability
- Effective Date: The warranty applies to all covered products purchased from January 1, 2021, onwards. Products bought before this date are not eligible.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person.
What is NOT Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
❌ Scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or peeling that occur due to normal use.
❌ Damage caused by improper maintenance, cleaning, or self-repair attempts.
❌ Exposure to extreme temperatures, water, solvents, or acids.
❌ Products purchased from unauthorized third-party vendors or clearance sales.
❌ Any damage due to misuse, mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
What Happens If My Product Has a Defect?
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will provide either a repair or replacement, depending on the situation. Please note:
- Replacement products may have slight color variations due to differences in leather batches.
- You must provide proof of purchase for warranty claims.
- The same warranty period applies to the repaired or replaced product (i.e., it does not reset).
TannerEx reserves the right to make the final decision on warranty claims.

Step 1
If you have unwrapped the product, please remove the tissue wrap thoroughly.
Step 2
Take the required photos below for a smooth handling process.

Step 3
Submit the return application on Return Center (the next page).
It will take 2-4 business days for our support to check your application.
A notification email will be sent to you right after approval.
STEP 4
Put the all product parts back into the bag.
For briefcase and weekender, please ensure the shoulder strap is placed inside the bag.
step 5
Pack the returned item in the way it comes, following the instructions below
Briefcase(without cardboards)
Pack the handles facing up and wrapped with the hook-and-loop fastener.
Briefcase(with cardboards)
Place the hard cardboards under the handles for both sides.
Backpack
Place the hard cardboard under the shoulder straps.
Outer Packaging
Dust Bag
Put the product inside the dust bag.
Packaging Box
Pack everything inside the packaging box.
Step 6
Print out your order confirmation email, then put it inside the box.
Or mark a note with your name, contact number, order number and RMA number on paper.
Step 7
Following the return address provided in email, ship the package with courier or the post.
Provide us with the return tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
You will receive an email as soon as we receive, examine and approve the return.
